Hi Kara - Good use of psychrometric chart. Try the chart by month. It will be easier to see what strategies to try for say July and for January separately.
Interesting to compare your climate with Alvarado's in Florida.
One more: I think you are the only one to plot wind speed on the psychometric chart – interesting idea (I’m used to temperature and didn’t see this) – try it for July – it should be revealing.

(Compared to Alvarado's it’s less humid and therefore more amenable to natural cooling.)
